The Weenect XS features make it easier to protect your dog.
Never lose your dog. With real-time tracking (up to one position every second) and no distance limit, your days of playing hide and seek with your dog are over.
Make the tracker ring or vibrate every time you feed them so your dog links the two things together. They’ll soon learn to come straight back to you when you activate this clever feature.
You can set up as many safety zones as you like (like your house for example), and if your dog strays outside of the boundary you'll get an automatic notification on your phone.
The best of technology and easy to use.

The Weenect XS GPS dog tracker receives satellite signals (GPS, Galileo, Beidou, Glonass) to determine its position, then transmits that position to Weenect's servers via its built-in SIM card. This data is then displayed on your app, from which you can track your pet in real time. A good network connection is required to ensure optimal tracker performance.
The patented InfinityTrack™ technology enhances accuracy and reliability through simultaneous access to multiple satellite constellations and an AI-enhanced hybrid algorithm. It offers true real-time tracking with the Superlive 1-second mode, continuous connectivity via its multi-network eSIM compatible in over 170 countries, and optimized battery life through intelligent power management. This technology guarantees stable, fast, and high-performance positioning, even in challenging environments.
Thanks to its multi-network SIM card, our GPS dog tracker works in real time and without distance limits in over 170 countries. You can locate your dog anywhere in the world. Only very isolated areas with no signal may temporarily reduce the quality of the tracker's connection.
Yes, the Weenect XS GPS collar makes it easy to find your dog if they run away. Thanks to real-time tracking and safety zone alerts, you can monitor their movements continuously and intervene quickly to bring them home safely, even if they have wandered very far.
To install and configure your dog's GPS:
1. Download the Weenect app on your smartphone (iOS or Android)
2. Create your account and choose your subscription.
3. Attach the tracker to your own collar or harness using the silicone case.
Your dog is now ready to be tracked in real time, anywhere and safely.
The GPS dog tracker offers up to 7 days of battery life with power-saving zones, and around 2 days with continuous tracking.
Charging is simple and takes only two hours. The Weenect app keeps you informed of the battery level in real time, and a light indicator on the tracker confirms it is charging. Once the battery is full, the light turns green and a notification lets you know the tracker is ready to use.
Yes, you can track multiple dogs with a single Weenect account. The app lets you add as many trackers as you like, giving you an overview of all your pets on a shared map. However, each tracker requires its own subscription, as each device has a separate SIM card.
Yes, the Weenect XS for dogs is fully waterproof and IP68 certified. It is resistant to water up to 1.5 meters deep for 60 minutes, making it perfectly suited to walks in the rain, splashing, mud, and dogs who love to swim. Your dog can enjoy all their adventures without compromising GPS tracking.
Yes, the Weenect XS can be attached to either a collar or a harness. It comes with two silicone cases: one for narrow collars and one for wide collars, ensuring a secure fit suitable for all sizes.
The Weenect GPS collar requires a subscription because it is fitted with a built-in SIM card that continuously transmits the animal's GPS position via the mobile network. The subscription is therefore essential to guarantee real-time tracking and unlimited range.
There are GPS trackers without a subscription, but they do not offer the same accuracy or responsiveness. They are therefore unsuitable for tracking animals.
You can modify, replace or cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account, on your phone or computer.
The Weenect GPS tracker and the microchip serve different but perfectly complementary roles.
The microchip is solely used to officially identify your dog: if lost, it allows vets or shelters to find the owner, but it does not allow the animal itself to be located. The dog GPS tracker lets you find your pet wherever they are, with real-time location updates and no distance limit. There's no equivalent in the form of a GPS chip or implant — the technology and size make it impossible.
In summary: the chip finds the owner, the GPS finds the animal. Together, they offer optimal protection for your companion.
The Weenect XS GPS dog collar and Apple's AirTag serve very different purposes.
The AirTag uses Bluetooth technology, with a maximum range of around 50 meters. It relies on the Apple device network nearby and does not allow real-time tracking. This reliance significantly limits how effective it can be for pets, especially in suburban or rural areas with lower population density. On top of that, it poses a real health risk if the AirTag is ingested by the animal. Apple does not recommend using the AirTag for dogs and cats.
The Weenect XS is a genuine GPS tracker connecting to satellites and the mobile network for real-time, precise, unlimited-range tracking. Designed specifically for animals, it also offers safety zones, a recall training module, movement history, and a built-in torch to find your dog even in the dark.
