Weenect's lifetime guarantee is a solid pledge against planned obsolescence, which can often reduce the lifespan of electronic products by several years.
In practical terms, this lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects (loss or misuse by the customer is not covered). You simply need to send back the affected tracker, and Weenect will repair it if possible, or replace it with a refurbished product if not.

The fact the tracker can use different network types, and go into airplane mode when it's within range of my home WiFi, means it's the only one that's worked for me, both for connectivity and battery life. I also appreciate the small size, and the early notifications on battery charge (just on the phone, not waking my dog up in the middle of the night!). I did have a connectivity issue shortly after I got it, and found their tech support really knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. It did take a bit of going forwards and back to test things and collect information over a few days, but unusually the whole conversation was with a single person (yes, a real one!) which made it much easier.
