Weenect's lifetime guarantee is a solid pledge against planned obsolescence, which can often reduce the lifespan of electronic products by several years.
In practical terms, this lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects (loss or misuse by the customer is not covered). You simply need to send back the affected tracker, and Weenect will repair it if possible, or replace it with a refurbished product if not.
I had an issue 🥴 but ………
I had an issue 🥴 with the distances and speeds recorded for the dog, as well as the daily overview. After some good discussions with the staff member assigned to help me (she was absolutely fantastic, always thinking along with me and answering all my questions — nothing was ever too much trouble for her) and the technical support team, the problem has finally been resolved. It took a bit of effort to get there, but we got it sorted in the end! 😀 ———————————————————) Ik had een issue 🥴 met de gelopen afstanden en snelheden van de hond en het overzicht van de dag. In goed overleg met de toegewezen medewerkster (super in haar meedenken en antwoorden, geen bericht was haar te veel) en met de technische dienst, is het probleem verholpen. Het had wat voeten in aarde maar we zijn er uit 😀
