Good tracker and customer service

I use the Weenect tracker for my dog. The app is user-friendly, and if a problem occurs, customer support is immediately available and responds the same day. Bugs in the app are fixed quickly. Overall, it's a pleasure to use.

I definitely recommend it to dog lovers

Reliable Dog Tracker

I've been using a Weenect tracker for the last couple of years now and it's made walks in the forest or in the park much more peaceful. The tracker can sometimes disconnect due to a loss of connection but it does come back automatically after a few seconds.

I have tried 2 different trackers and sent them back as they could not track my young dog as she leaves me very fast when I let her off leash and goes quite a long way a way. This one can track her even under the trees It was easy to set up and I like that can be turned on and off

Excellent product and customer service

I had issues with my tracker that took a lot of going forward and back to resolve. This was all handled by one person from Weenect, which made it a much better experience (& an actual human!). All her responses were helpful and thorough. The tracker itself is fantastic. I'd tried, and returned, two of the most heavily advertised ones in the UK, as they just didn't work where I walk my dog, because the Weenect can use multiple network types the coverage is excellent. Using the power save option when it's in range of your home WiFi gives really good battery life, and it's nice that it's smaller than other trackers.

Great once we realised the o was a zero works very well , the home area and the WiFi battery saving is also good, would buy again if another is needed

Works great in the US and EU countries

I am using the Weenect Tracker on my Golden Retriever dog in the US (Georgia, Florida) as well as in Europe (Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland). Wherever the use the performance of the tracker is truly excellent.

Truly Excellent GPS Dog Tracker

I've used other GPS dog trackers which were good, but nowhere near as good as the Weenect devices. Recognising the WiFi when at home and going into lower power mode means battery life is about 20 days. The Home Zone will be useful if either dog ever escapes over a garden gate (we have a lurcher and a whippet who are prone to chase things!). You get instant tracking on the App when on walks or if the dog was ever lost. Other trackers I've used take several minutes to get a location which could make all the difference. The remote controlled light is very bright and, I'm sure, will be useful on winter nights. This system is subscription based but the reassurance it provides makes it worth far more than £1 a week to me... I love my dogs..! Honestly, I can't fault this unit or the App. I haven't needed to contact the company for anything so can't comment on customer service but, if it's as good as their products, they'll be excellent. A very easy 5 stars.
